After 10 years in external HR consulting, I became a Co-founder of ALEX PETERSON. I lead Recruitment and Executive Search projects in Slovakia and the Czech Republic.  During my career as HR Consultant and Senior Team Leader, I have been focusing on various segments over the years – initially Sales, later Banking / Finance, intensively Pharma and Automotive segments, and finally technical positions. I have also implemented successful projects in the Czech Republic, as well as several international projects.
